I referred someone but didn't get my Taskhelper Credit?
When you sign up via a referral link, €25 is credited to your account for use on your first task, which must be worth at least €100.
My credit card payment didn't go through
The first thing to do if you're attempting to add a valid card with enough money, but it isn't being accepted is to check the card information to ensure that it's accurate.
I have a problem with a coupon code, what do I do?
Please make sure the conditions on the coupon are applicable to the Task. Watch out for its expiry date, exceeded use and if the minimum value for it to apply is.

Why do I need to provide ID to receive payment?
Our payment processor, Stripe, typically marks user accounts needing extra verification to adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer) rules. If your account is being investigated, payments to your bank account will be suspended for identification verification.
The customer hasn't released payment yet, what do I do?
In this article, we will explain what you should do if you have completed a task, but the Poster hasn't released the payment.
What is the service fee?
When you are assigned to complete a task for which you have submitted an offer, you must pay Taskhelper a service fee. We have written this helpful article in order for you to understand everything about the service fee.

How do I accept a price increase request?
Once a Poster has assigned a task to a Helper, both parties can request a price increase for the task.

What is the booking fee?
We charge Posters a small booking fee when they assign a task to a Helper. This is unrelated to the Helper service fee, and Posters are only charged when they assign a task.

Payments on Taskhelper happen through Taskhelper Credit, our escrow payment system supported by the payment provider Stripe.

You receive your exclusive referral code when you sign up for Taskhelper, which you may share with friends and family.
I don't agree with an increase price request, what do I do?
If the request to increase the task fee is unacceptable to you, you have two options: deny the request or speak with the Helper about it. The request won't be granted without your explicit consent.
The task is complete, can I still increase the task price?
The task price may be raised at any moment by the Poster. If you need to raise the price after the Helper has already requested payment, you can still choose to do so.
