Because Helpers are independent workers, you must ask them for a tax invoice. They must be capable of getting you one as they are the one providing the service.
You can still contact the Helper using Private Messaging if the task has already finished and you were unable to obtain their contact information.
If a basic receipt for the task payment suffices, you may also locate this in your account's Billing History tab.
Follow these steps to review your history and receipts:
- Open your Taskhelper account.
- Go to your account and click the Billing History tab in your account settings.
Following that, you'll be able to see a list of all the relevant transactions, along with the date, information on the task, and a breakdown of the fee.
