Our payment processor, Stripe, typically marks user accounts needing extra verification to adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer) rules. Here you may find further information about Stripe's KYC procedure.

If your account is being investigated, payments to your bank account will be suspended for identification verification. While this is happening, you may still make offers and finish tasks, and the money you make will keep being added to your Taskhelper account.

We need you to do the following so that we can help you prove your identity:

Make sure the following information is in your Taskhelper profile:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Verified Phone Number
  • Billing Address
  • Birth Date

You may edit any of this incorrect or missing information by logging in and heading to your account settings. Whenever you change this data, don't forget to click the "save profile" button!

Submit a picture or scanned copy of a government-issued identity document, such as a passport or ID card. This must accurately depict your full name and birth date and match the information on your Taskhelper profile. Upload these documents to the account settings page.

Once your verification is complete, we will let you know and restart releasing payments to your bank account.
