I have a problem with a coupon code, what do I do?

Please make sure the conditions on the coupon are applicable to the Task. Watch out for its expiry date, exceeded use and if the minimum value for it to apply is.

Please make sure the conditions on the coupon are applicable to the Task. Watch out for these things:

  • Expiry date: A coupon cannot be used beyond the expiration date.
  • Task needs to be of the minimum value for coupons to apply
  • Exceeded use: coupons have a single-use limit or may only be used once per account. The coupon cannot be applied more than once if it has already been used.

If none of the aforementioned things applies and you still experience difficulties redeeming a valid coupon, please try the following technical troubleshooting advice:

  • Reopen the browser or application after closing it, then try entering the coupon once more.
  • Try entering the coupon once more after logging out and back in.
