The first thing to do if you're attempting to add a valid card with enough money, but it isn't being accepted is to check the card information to ensure that it's accurate. Logging into your account and choosing Payment Methods will allow you to see if the following information is correct:
- Does the name that you entered match the one on your card?
- Are the card number, expiry date and CVC correct?
- Are there spaces between any of the numbers you filled in?
- If the card is new, has it already been activated by your bank?
You may try entering your payment information on a different device or in a different browser if all of that information is accurate, but you're still having problems.
