How do I release payment to the Helper?

Once a Helper has completed your task, they will request your payment to be released. Follow the steps in this article to do so.

Once a Helper has completed your task, they will request your payment to be released. If you are happy with their work you may release payment by following the steps below:

Open your Taskhelper account.
Go to Messages.
Choose the conversation with your Helper.
Click the Release payment button.

If you wish, you can always manage your notifications so that you will be notified by SMS when the Helper has requested the payment to be released.
