I don't agree with an increase price request, what do I do?

If the request to increase the task fee is unacceptable to you, you have two options: deny the request or speak with the Helper about it. The request won't be granted without your explicit consent.

Posters and Helpers can decide to increase the task price after the task is assigned. In the case of a Helper using this feature, a request containing the details will be sent to the Poster.

If the request to increase the task fee is unacceptable to you, you have two options: deny the request or speak with the Helper about it. The request won't be granted without your explicit consent.

Send a Helper a message first to get clarification if you have questions regarding their request for a price raise. Usually, helpers are polite and open to compromise, so it is absolutely worthwhile to talk with them and reach an understanding.

You have the option of rejecting the request. The steps for doing this are as follows:

  1. Open your Taskhelper account and log in
  2. Visit My Tasks
  3. Choose the right task
  4. Click on Review request
  5. Choose Decline and explain why you don't accept it.

Taskhelper will help you if you can't agree on the task's final fee. For further details, see this selection of articles on dispute resolution
