The price increase feature is not applicable if you have already requested payment for the task. To remedy this:
- You may send the Poster a private message and request a price increase.
- You can contact our support team and request for the payment request to be withdrawn. The price increase feature will then be applied.
Make sure that the amount you request is a whole number.
Please keep in mind that you are no longer allowed to ask for a price increase, and we cannot adjust the price once the Poster has released the payment.
How to request a price increase:
- First, go to the task and select increase price.
- Fill in how much money you would like to add as well as an explanation as to why you are increasing the price.
- The Poster will be notified about your request.
- The Poster will be given a choice to accept or reject your request.
