Once a Poster has assigned a task to a Helper, both parties can request a price increase.
When an agreement has been reached with the Helper about the price increase, the extra funds will be added to the original payment and stored in Taskhelper Credit until payment is released.
If a Helper requests a price increase, no additional payment will be debited until the Poster approves their request.
To accept a price increase, follow these steps:
- Open your Taskhelper account
- Go to My tasks
- Choose the specific task
- After you have read the reason and price, click Approve
