When your offer is accepted, the task's status will go from Open to Assigned. Once the task has been completed, payment will be held securely in escrow in our reliable payment method.
Can I negotiate my offer privately?
To ensure that everyone has the same opportunity, we don't allow private messages until the task has been assigned.
Is there anything I should watch out for when making offers on tasks?
On Taskhelper, we take the marketplace's trust and reliability extremely seriously. Our staff makes every effort to prevent bad actors and get in touch with any members who were affected by their conduct as quickly as possible.
How can I view all of my open offers?
Viewing your pending offers will allow you to see the tasks that could be assigned to you.
How can I change my offer?
After you submit your offer, it will appear on the task page. You can modify or withdraw your offer if it hasn't already been accepted.
