You can submit an offer when you're going through tasks and come across one you'd like to complete. The Poster may then decide to assign you the task, and you can be paid for completing it!
How to make an offer:
- Go to the task you want to complete
- Choose the Make an Offer button and fill in the price you're willing to charge for it
- Leave a comment for the Poster telling them why you are the best candidate for the task
