How can I rebook contacts?
- Head to your messages
Simply continue an existing chat with your customer or reply to their message in Taskhelper's Messages. Talk on the following task's specifics, such as cost and availability, or relevant material. - Send them a private offer
Once you and the client have agreed on the specifics, you may click the 'Send an offer' button to send the offer directly to the client. - Simply wait for the customer to accept your offer
The client will receive a notification once you've sent the offer, so simply wait for them to accept. Send them another message in the conversation if you want to remind them yourself. - You can always withdraw the offer if you change your mind
A private offer can be withdrawn as long as the client has not yet accepted it.
