Badges and Verification
What are Badges? How can I get them?
Members receive badges as a form of verification when they assist us in verifying their identity. There are many different badges available, including mobile phone badges, payment method badges, and ID badges.
Badges and Qualifications
Badges provide Posters with more information when choosing someone to work with on a task. A badge is shown on a member's profile if certain criteria have been satisfied.
Profile
How can I highlight my previous tasks on my profile?
In the Portfolio part of your profile settings, you may submit samples of your prior task results to display your abilities. The upper right-hand portion of the page is where you'll find the profile symbol.
How do I update my skills?
Simply log in, navigate to the Settings page of your profile settings, and then choose Skills to review or edit your skills. Add or modify the data and then choose Save.
How do I add a profile picture to my account?
You can add a profile picture by going to the Settings section and then Account. You can then click on Upload Photo to add a picture.
What should I put in my profile?
It's crucial to have a thorough Taskhelper profile since it fosters community trust and openness. A thorough profile will increase the likelihood that Posters will wish to assign you if you are a Helper.

How do I manage my notification preferences?
Verify that your notification settings are appropriate to ensure that you receive notifications regarding your upcoming task. You have the option of receiving alerts through SMS, email or push notifications directly to your smartphone.
