We'd love to hear about anything that isn't functioning exactly as you'd expect so we can look into it. Nonetheless, reading through our troubleshooting advice in the following articles is a helpful starting step:

Have you previously tried those and are still having trouble? Please let us know by contacting us.  We would much appreciate reports that include the following information to enable our staff to rapidly get to the bottom of the problem:

  1. Provide a detailed description - What were you attempting to do when the problem occurred? Did an error message show up? What did not happen that you initially expected?
  2. Provide device information - Did you access the desktop site, an iOS app, an Android app, or a mobile browser? Which browser or mobile app version?
  3. Provide screenshots - Try to provide screenshots of the screens where you encountered the problem. This includes any displayed error messages.
