If you have a Taskhelper account and are having difficulties logging in, you may try some of our troubleshooting methods.

Keep in mind that logging in will not activate your account if you previously asked to have it removed. You must set up a new account.

If you are using a mobile browser:

  1. Verify that your password and email address don't contain any extra spaces.
  2. Try closing and reopening the site.

If you are using a desktop browser:

  1. Use a recently updated browser
  2. Try clearing your cache and cookies on a browser. 
  3. Verify that your password and email address don't contain any extra spaces.
