It's important to keep in mind that when using Taskhelper to do tasks, you are participating in business with another platform user. We have developed some helpful tools to assist you in choosing your best Helper. The Community Standards should also always be adhered to by users.

Please let us know if you ever feel uncomfortable around another user. Your concerns will be treated seriously and in privacy. Call your local emergency number if you ever feel unsafe.

For each stage of the Task process, the following safety advice is given:

When a task has been posted

It's essential not to include any personal information on your task because it will be publicly viewable to the whole Taskhelper community once it has been posted. Do not include personal information in the work description or any comments, including your full name, address, email, social media handles, or phone number.

Once a Helper has been assigned, you may communicate privately with them via private messaging.

Assessing your offers

Before picking someone to assign, try to be as clear as you can while communicating with Helpers about the task. This aids Helpers in understanding what must be done in order for them to submit a suitable offer. Never be hesitant to inquire if a Helper is qualified or has the requisite expertise to do your task.

Additionally, we strongly advise you to check through the Helpers' profiles who have made proposals on your task. Look at their ratings, success rate, and any badges of verification they may have to demonstrate their credentials as a platform member.

When you have assigned your task

Once you've assigned a Helper, payment is held by Taskhelper Credit in a secure manner and deducted from your preferred payment method. After discussing the task with the Helper via private messaging, they may begin working on it. You may increase the price at any time by utilizing the Increase Price function if you and the Tasker agree that extra money may be required to complete the task.

In case of additional costs are required, you and the customer can increase the task price at any time.  Have to lower the price because of a mistake? Simply contact our support staff, and we'll assist you in solving the problem! Make sure to use to communicate properly and frequently through our private messaging function.

Before the task begins

Don't be afraid to request identification from your Helper before starting the task. Now is the ideal time to check and confirm the trade license ID if you are getting work done that requires a trade license! To keep it handy, you can even request that the Helper email you a copy of their ID via private messaging.

While the task is in progress

When your task is completed, and you are assured that all of your conditions have been met, release payment to the Helper. Try to resolve the issue with the Helper first if you ever find yourself dissatisfied with the task. You may always get in touch with us for help and guidance if you're having trouble coming to a decision.

When the task is finished

If you can't check the work that has been done in person, feel free to ask for images of the work to be delivered using the task's private messaging. Let the Helper know if you need extra time to evaluate the work and when they may expect your confirmation of the task's completion.

It's time to pay your Helper once you've verified that the task has been completed fully. To release payment, just sign into your Taskhelper account and click release payment on your task. The Helper will receive the payment as soon as you do that.

When the task is closed

The task has been completed, and payment has been released! It's time to write a review on your experience with the Helper. Not sure of what to say? After the work is ended, you have 14 days to submit your review. It's important that other users read your honest comments so they may confidently offer to work with the Poster in the future. If you're unsure, go over the Review Guidelines or let us know here if you need any additional assistance.
