Reviews are crucial to establishing trust and openness on Taskhelper since they serve as a fantastic resource for the rest of the community.

Well-written reviews offer helpful feedback on your experience, whether you've completed or posted a task, and help our community members more informed choices.

Taskhelper will intervene and delete reviews if they are not in line with our review policy.

We do not accept:

  • When a review doesn't accurately reflect how a member experiences a task
  • When a review is not related to the task. E.g. politically or racially motivated reviews
  • When a review encourages unethical or dangerous behaviour or content that is vulgar, threatening, or discriminating
  • When the content infringes the privacy and entity rights of another individual, such as when personal information is published without consent
  • When the review contains rude or profane language

You can always ask for your review to be looked at if you decide to have it deleted. Just remember that once you have your review deleted, you cannot leave a new one.
