To prevent misunderstandings between the task Poster and Helper, tasks must provide clear and concise information.

Keep in mind that if something about your task needs to be changed, you can always relay any new details to your Helper via private messaging in case they missed the update.
How do I edit a task?
If you'd like to edit your task, you can do so by:
- Going to the task page.
- Selecting Edit Task
- Modifying any detail of your task.
Even if you modify your task, it's a good idea to double-check any updated information in the comments box with any Helpers you've previously spoken with in case they missed the change.
How do I reschedule a task?
Go to the task page and choose Edit task if you need to reschedule a task.
You will subsequently be asked to:
- Choose a new deadline for the task at a different time and date.
- Press Publish
The new recommended date and time will then be forwarded to the other party. You can click on this link to learn more about how rescheduling is done.
What happens if my task is overdue and I need an extension?
If you believe the assignment won't be finished by the deadline, we advise you to communicate this issue to the other member.
You can reschedule the task if you and the other person have agreed to extend the deadline.
The task will be modified with the updated information once the new time and date have been decided upon.

How can I increase the task price once assigned?
Both the Helper and the Poster have the option of asking for an increase in the task price when after an offer has been accepted. For more information on raising the task price, click here.
The task is marked as complete, can the price still be increased?
Only a Poster can increase the price after the task has been marked as completed. They can do this by selecting the Edit task option on the task screen and modifying the Budget.

How do I decrease the task price?
You can still decrease the task price even if the task is already marked as assigned or completed - but there are things that you need to do first. Start by following these steps:
- Talk about the price reduction with the other party and agree on a new number. Both parties must expressly agree via private messaging to reduce the price and settle on the revised sum.
- When both parties have agreed to a task price reduction and specified the new sum, get in touch with Taskhelper.
- We will take care of modifying the price on the system accordingly.
To minimize misunderstanding, the revised value must be rounded to the next euro and should consider Taskhelper's fees.
Please remember: we won't be able to modify the task price until both parties have agreed explicitly on a lesser price and verified it.
How do I add photos to a task?
We recommend adding pictures of your task in your post to help Helpers evaluate it. Regardless of whether the task has been posted, you can still upload images.
Follow these steps to upload an image:
- Navigate to My Tasks
- Choose the task in which you want to add an image
- Press Edit task
- Simply attach the image
Your image will subsequently be uploaded and made public. Please note that images should adhere to our Community Standards.
If you already assigned a Helper to your task, you can also share images through your private messages. You can do so by choosing the add attachments in messages.
How do I cancel a task?
You might need to cancel your task in some circumstances rather than make adjustments. The procedure to request cancellation is as follows:
- Navigate to My Tasks
- Choose the task
- Press Cancel Task
All you have to do next is follow the prompts of the cancellation process.
