Why can’t I assign multiple Helpers in one task?
As of right now, the platform is only able to support the booking of one Helper per task. You can get around this by reposting your task.
What should I do with expired tasks?
Expired tasks will be automatically withdrawn from the task feed. You can try reposting it to find a Helper.
What are requirements for tasks?
Posters can specify certain requirements for their task that Helpers must agree to meet before they make an offer.
How far ahead can I schedule a task?
With Taskhelper you can post tasks as far in the future as you want! However, we recommend posting a task when your due date is closer.
What is the maximum task price?
Currently, the highest task price is €9,999. You can split up your task into smaller ones if you need a service that costs more than this.
After Posting
What happens if I get no offers on my task?
You can re-post your task if you didn't get any offers and want to see if any Helpers can help you complete it.
How do I request a service from a specific Helper?
You can invite a Helper to send an offer if you have a certain Helper in mind.
How do I add photos to my task?
We recommend adding pictures of your task in your post, as this will help Helpers evaluate it. navigate to My Tasks, choose the task in which you want to add an image, press edit task and attach an image.
What happens if my task is overdue and I need an extension?
You can reschedule the task if you and the other person have agreed to extend the deadline.
How do I reschedule a task?
Go to the task page and choose Edit Task if you need to reschedule a task.
