I don’t agree with the cancellation reason, what should I do?

When you are informed of the cancellation, you can accept or reject the justification they provide. If you don't agree with their reason, you can let Taskhelper know what you think.

When someone wants to cancel their task, they are required to provide a justification.

When you are informed of the cancellation, you can accept or reject the justification they provide. If you don't agree with their reason, you can let Taskhelper know what you think.

Please accept the cancellation request so that the procedure can be completed, even if you disagree with the reason for the cancellation but agree that the task should be cancelled anyway. Don't forget to explain why you disagree with the cancellation reason in your feedback.

In cases where there is a disagreement, Taskhelper will use the comments you have provided to properly assign the reason for the cancellation to either you or the Helper, as these affect your Completion Rate.

Our team will keep an eye out for patterns and behaviours related to task cancellations in order to improve the platform and make it a better experience for everyone. Click here for additional details.
