Your reliability and commitment to tasks can be evaluated by your completion rate. The percentage of tasks completed as a Helper and the percentage of tasks completed as a Poster are the two rates that are highlighted on a members profile.

Before completion rates are shown, members must have completed a minimum of five tasks.

A high completion rate demonstrates your reliability and ability to accomplish tasks and is directly correlated to your reputation as a Helper or Poster.

You frequently cancel tasks if your completion rate is low and other users will have a bad experience because of this. This does not represent our principles nor adhere to our Community Standards.

You run the risk of having access to our platform limited or suspended if your completion rate is poor.

How is the Completion Rate calculated?

the task completion rate displays the percentage of tasks that a User has completed out of all those that they were assigned or have been assigned.

This is determined by the number of tasks you completed out of those where your offer was accepted if you're a Helper. For a Poster, however, it is determined by how many of the tasks you assigned have been completed.

Only if you are listed as accountable for the task cancellation will it affect your completion rate. Because of this, it's critical to ensure that the reason for task cancellations is legitimate.

Why doesn't my profile show a completion rate?

The completion rate is only displayed if the user has been assigned access to 5 or more Tasks.

A profile will display "No Completion Rate" for members with fewer than five tasks done, while it will show "hasn't received any reviews yet" for users who haven't completed any tasks yet.

I have a low completion rate. What will happen?

You frequently cancel tasks if your completion rate is low, and other users will have a bad experience because of this. This does not represent our principles nor adhere to our Community Standards.
