Even though they are rare, disagreements on Taskhelper might occur when tasks become complicated. Conflicts typically arise when Helpers and Posters do not communicate clearly or when tasks don't go as expected.

For both Helpers and Posters, Taskhelper offers a free dispute management service.

On our platform, ensuring respect for others is our priority. During this process, inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted. This includes:

  • Violating the rules of Community Standards
  • Showing inappropriate and aggressive behaviour towards our staff or another member.
  • Not showing efforts to resolve the disagreement.

If the interaction displays no respect and an unwillingness to cooperate during the process, regardless of the origin of the disagreement, our dispute management team will stop offering you help. If you are a Helper, this means you won't get paid; if you are a Poster, this means you won't get to negotiate the payment. The task payment will go to the other person. We believe that respect for one another produces the best outcomes. So let's cooperate to ensure that your outcome is fair and beneficial to everyone.
