What do I need to do?
- We're analyzing everything objectively, so please be patient. If there's anything you remember that might affect our decision, please let us know right away.
- Avoid criticising the other team member as this could escalate the present conflicts.
When will this be finished?
- We should have made a decision in no more than three business days.
- This period of time begins when we receive both forms.
- We will contact both parties and present the outcome of our review. Accordingly, payment will then be distributed.
