What do I do?

In order to assist you, our support team must be informed of all the details of what has happened. You will therefore be required to complete a form with the following questions on it:

  • To provide detailed proof of your communication with the other member.
  • Send proof of the task you've done (e.g. photos).
  • Please provide us with as much information as you can to help us understand what has happened.
  • If you have spoken with the other party outside of Taskhelper, include screenshots of your correspondence (such as text messages or emails).
  • There is never too much evidence, so share whatever you have!

What will happen?

  • Both participants will be required to complete forms, giving them both the opportunity to express their opinions. This will make it easier for us to understand what took place and the best course of action.
  • Your responses might be shared with the other party.
  • You will be required to accept our Terms and Conditions as well as to follow the rules of the disagreement procedure.
