At Taskhelper, we take your safety very seriously. Please let us know immediately if you experience any issues or have a bad experience when performing the task. Your worries will be treated seriously.  If you ever feel threatened, call your local emergency number.

Some example situations and what to do with them:

  • If you think your task is not safe enough

Only take part in tasks that you are capable of doing. For the safety of yourself and others, please do not volunteer to perform a service or attempt a task if it requires a license that you do not now have.

  • If you feel threatened

Intimidating behaviour is not tolerated on Taskhelper. If you ever feel threatened, let us know right away. If you are worried, you should also contact the police because they can help in situations unrelated to Taskhelper. Call your local emergency number if the situation is urgent.

  • Inappropriate behaviour from other users

The foundation of our Community Standards is respect. Please use the "report as inappropriate" flag to let us know if you see any off-topic or trolling comments on a task. Please stay away from responding badly if someone has responded to your comment in this manner; no one wins in this scenario.

We have a committed team that investigates each flag reported by the community and takes the necessary steps. Please feel sure that we take all reports carefully, even though we don't currently have the capability to let you know what action was taken in response to your flag.

The Community Standards must be followed at any time, and not obeying the rules may impact both you and your client. Please contact us to let us know if your customer has violated the rules (or is attempting to do so). Then, in accordance, our staff may provide guidance and assistance.

Watch out for requests for payment in cash, published tasks with no supporting details, and attempts to cancel work without an agreement.
