Reviews increase trust in our platform by offering members a simple, trustworthy tool to know what can be expected from one another.

Whether you've completed a task or posted one, providing fair and honest comments about how it went is a great way to support the platform.

On Taskhelper, a member's track record may be determined by looking at their star ratings, reviews, and completion rates.

Star rating and reviews: A member's star rating, which is a number out of 5, is determined by averaging the reviews and stars they have accrued over their career.

Task completion rate: the task completion rate displays the percentage of tasks that a Helper has completed out of all those that they were assigned. A good completion rate is a measure of the reliability of a Helper.
Only cancellations brought on by the Helper will have an influence on their rate. The completion rate is only displayed if the user has been assigned access to 5 or more Tasks.

Reviews are only publicly disclosed once both parties have provided feedback by leaving a review. We advise that each member submit a review as soon as the task is completed and payment is released. If both reviews are submitted, we will immediately post both. No matter how many users have left a review or not, all reviews will become public after 2 weeks.

The user who didn't submit a review will no longer be allowed to do so after the 2 weeks have passed.

Our review guidelines must be followed. A review will be deleted if it is deemed to have violated these guidelines.
