Helpers can promote their services in listings so that clients can find and acquire them directly through the platform.

How do they work?

1. Create a listing

Click "Create A Listing" after opening your Taskhelper account. Describe the service you'd want to offer, specify your availability, establish the price, whether the service is online or in person, and then click "Publish Listing" to complete the process. You can make an infinite number of listings.

Check out our advice here on creating great listings since the top ones will appear first on our homepage.

It's essential to abide by our Listing Standards since our moderation staff will assess your listing.

2. Receive notifications when customers make booking requests

Customer booking inquiries will start coming in soon as your listing is up.

These are located in "My Tasks" in the "Booking requests" tab. To ensure you don't miss out, make sure "task updates" is enabled in your notification settings, as we will also send you emails and push notifications.

3. Quickly respond to booking inquiries

A task is created when a customer requests a booking. You may negotiate any particular needs with the customer and agree on the final fee before agreeing to the task. However, you will still need to present them with a final offer. If you are unable to accept the task, be sure to refuse through the comments section kindly. You should reply to a customer's request to book your listing within 24 hours, whether you make an offer or refuse. Within an hour, the Helpers who answer the fastest do so. Your listing's rating is also influenced by how quickly you respond to these booking inquiries.

Although it will appear to be a regular task, this is a private task between you and the client. This means that it will not be open to offers from other Helpers. Our Community Standards must be followed, just like with regular work. Before the task is assigned, any effort to exchange contacts will be moderated.

You may also pause your listing whenever you need a break or are just going on vacation. To do this, click the pause option on the My Listings page.

4. Auto pause

When a Helper has answered within 24 hours to less than 50% of the last 20 listing booking requests or has not interacted with the platform during the last 90 days, Taskhelper will automatically halt the helper's listings.

This feature is essential for improving client satisfaction. Customers should not be kept in the dark while making booking requests. Instead, we would prefer that they interact with responsive and involved Helpers.

5. Complete the task and receive compensation

From here on, finish the task, ask for payment release, and get paid.
