We are committed to building a community that enables our amazing Helpers to monetize their skills.
Similar to ordinary tasks, Helpers should only post listings that reflect our principles and codes of conduct and local laws and regulations.

The straightforward guidelines below show all our members' principles and conduct expectations. When constructing your listings, kindly adhere to the following recommendations.

1) All Listings must be legal

Weapons, drugs, including prescribed medications and drug accessories, and illegal activities that might lead to the advancement of a crime are not allowed to be included in listings.

2) No escort or adult services

Listings cannot offer adult services like adult massage or prostitution.

3) No listings relating to alcohol

Taskhelper explicitly forbids listings involving the supply or sale of alcoholic beverages. This includes trading or bartering, seeking or offering to sell, and providing goods for purchase.

4) No indecent behaviour

The following harmful behaviours are not tolerated in our listings:

  • Violence or hateful language
  • Discrimination
  • Harassment
  • Illegal practices
  • Trolling
  • Profane or vulgar language

5) Verify that you have the necessary licenses.

Some activities are regulated by national or state authorities and call for certifications and licenses. Taskers should become aware of any license and qualification requirements pertinent to their services. Taskers are not permitted to offer services that need a license unless they possess the necessary license.

6) No sharing of contact details

Contact details may only be disclosed via private messaging once a listing has been booked to preserve the credibility and authenticity of Taskhelper and safeguard our users' privacy. Therefore, please refrain from including any contact information in your ad, either in the text or the photographs. Included in this are information like your complete name, business name, home or business address, email, mobile number, and links to external websites.

7) Pricing and payments

Please be sure that your pricing is transparent to guarantee a great customer experience. The overall listing price the customer will pay should be reflected in the packages. We do not permit hourly, unit-based (e.g., "per square meter"), or quotation-based pricing on our platform. We also do not support cash payments.

8) Unsupported practices

We also do not accept the creation of fraudulent Taskhelper reviews as well as lead generation.

9) Academic tasks

Academic assessment-related tasks are explicitly forbidden. This includes, but isn't confined to, doing someone else's homework, test, or course. Additionally, it isn't permitted to provide academic support in the form of planning, to organize, referencing, or criticism of another person's academic work.

 10) Different listings should offer different services

Helpers are not permitted to create several listings within a category that provide the same services and packages. This guarantees a fair work atmosphere for all Helpers.

When a Helper is discovered to have violated one of our rules, Taskhelper retains the right to delete any content they have posted or offers they have made to the service and cancel or suspend their Task Agreements and accounts.
