Building a welcoming and secure community is something that we at Taskhelper are dedicated to striving for. Integrity and respect serve as the foundations of this commitment.
Our Community Standards lay forth the principles and conduct we demand of our users. When registering for a Taskhekper account, Posters and helpers must accept these standards and the Terms & Conditions.
We treat violations of the Community Standards very seriously since they help to ensure that using our platform is safe and productive. Members who violate the Community Standards risk having their access to Taskhelper restricted or permanently disabled.
What happens if my account is restricted?
You won't be able to post tasks, comment, or work on new tasks if your account is restricted. You can still finish the incomplete tasks already assigned to you, though.
What happens if my account has been deactivated?
You won't be able to log into your account if it has been deactivated. You won't be able to post tasks, leave comments, or work on new tasks. You can cancel any tasks you've assigned but haven't been completed yet, and you'll get your money back.
Taskhelper may take various steps depending on the circumstances. Still, please be aware that any restrictions put on your account do not affect our other rights under the Terms & Conditions. Taskhelper also has the right to restrict or deactivate any account at any time should we have a valid reason.
If any duplicate or different accounts are found after an account has been restricted or deactivated, they will be deleted.
Please get in touch with our Support Team if you have any inquiries or believe that something has gone wrong with your account.
