We understand your excitement to register for an account and begin using Taskhelper. However, before creating one, please ensure that you are eligible and adhere to all our account policies.
Account Eligibility
Each member must confirm that they meet the following requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
The minimum age requirement for Taskhelper participants is 18. Because minors are unable to engage in a legal contract with Taskhelper, this is a legal obligation. Should it be required, Taskhelper has the right to ask for identification proving your age.
Legal working rights
Each Helper must be able to complete the assignment lawfully. This refers to following both the working laws that apply to your situation in your location and the particular industry that the task is a part of.
We try to stay away from situations that might put any of our users in danger of legal trouble in order to uphold the highest standards within our community.
Account management
Members should be careful to adhere to the following at all times:
Account transfers are forbidden
You are in charge of your account, thus you must keep it under control. Since your account and reviews are a reflection of your talents and abilities, it cannot be transferred to another individual. This is essential for giving other users the information they need to decide whether to work with you. Additionally, it contributes to upholding our community's honesty, openness, and integrity.
No duplicate accounts
There may only be one active account per member on the platform. Any duplicate accounts seeking to hide a member's history will be deleted right away since your account reflects your reputation in the market as well as your talents and abilities.
You may post tasks as a Poster and make offers as a Helper using the same account. You don't need to open a second account if you want to alternate between being a Poster and a Tasker.
Collaborating with other users for the benefit of the Taskhelper community and staff
Both Posters and Helpers are expected to reply promptly to information requests from members of the Taskhelper community or staff. This is necessary to sustain polite and productive communication and is consistent with the principles of mutual respect.
