When you want to cancel a task, the Helper will be notified and given 48 hours to accept or decline the request.

You must choose the right reason and include a statement when you submit a cancellation request. This will guarantee that the causes of any negative effects on completion rates and fees are properly assigned to the person who is responsible. 

The task will be immediately cancelled if they agree to your cancellation request. The task will be automatically cancelled if they don't react to the request within 48 hours.
