When you submit a cancellation request, the Poster will be notified and given 48 hours to accept or reject the request.

It is recommended to provide the right reason and include a statement when filing a request to cancel. This will guarantee that the causes of any fees and completion rate will be attributed to the right person

The task will be cancelled, and money will be returned to the Poster once the other party accepts the request.

The task will be instantly cancelled if they don't react to the request within the allowed 48 hours.
