The following important considerations should be made before requesting a cancellation:
Are you unable to set up a secure payment or contact Taskhelper Support: Only tasks finished through the platform are allowed and can contact our support team are allowed
Fee for processing cancellations:
- The platform incurs administrative costs as a result of cancellations. As a result, when processing cancellations, a cost of 10% of the task payment (up to a maximum of €20) may be applied.
- If so, this fee will need to be paid by the Taskhelper member who cancelled the task, as specified in the cancellation reason.
- The impact on your position as a reliable Poster/Helper: Cancelling might have a negative impact on your completion rate, making it more difficult for you to receive trustworthy offers or be given tasks.
- Limitation or termination of your profile: If you repeatedly cancel tasks, your account may be restricted or terminated. Details can be found here.
