In this article, you may find information on stage 3 of our dispute resolution process:

You will receive a detailed copy of our analysis and the conclusion made as a decision.
The decision will be made using the evidence that was presented by both members.
The decision's justification will be given in as much detail as possible. Everyone will now be able to comprehend the rationale behind the choice.
If changes are necessary, Taskhelper will make them and distribute the money accordingly.
The disagreement process will be closed.

This will usually take 3 business days from the time we receive both forms.

What happens if I disagree with the suggestion?

In your local court or tribunal, you can proceed with the case at your own expense.
