How quickly a Helper replies to new client inquiries on their listing is quantified by their response rate.

Keep in mind that interactions with customers who have posted tasks are not taken into account for calculating response rates; only your replies to Listing inquiries are. 


How is my response rate determined?

Your messages will display any new client inquiries related to your listing. Any responses and offers made in chat within 24 hours will be considered responses.

Our Tasker's total response rate is divided into three categories: "Poor," "Okay," and "Good."

  • A response rate of 80% or more is Good.
  • Okay, a response rate of 50 to 79%
  • Poor: A response rate of less than 50%

How can I improve my response rate?

By taking a few easy steps, Helpers may greatly increase their response rate.

These two quick and simple methods will increase response rates;

  1. Within 24 hours, reply to fresh inquiries with a message or an offer.
  2. Enable notifications so you won't miss any new customer inquiries.

How may having a high response rate benefit me?

Your listings will rank higher in search results if you have a higher response rate. This increases the visibility of your listing to potential clients and can result in more reservations!
