Thank you for making a listing!

This article provides all the information you need on how clients will see your listing on Taskhelper and what occurs when a client wishes to book your listing.

How can people find my listing?

Your Listing has been posted on our platform. It displays on both category pages and your public profile. Your listing will be highlighted on our home page if it is considered excellent.

People can locate your listing by:

  • Checking out your public profile
  • Finding you the relevant category your listing is in on the homepage
  • Making a keyword search in the search box

If you wish to publicize your listing you may share the link on social media.

What happens once I get a booking request?

A client will access your public listing page after finding it and clicking on it.  This article explains the details you supplied when creating the listing, including the title, summary, availability, price bundles, and any submitted images.

Clients can ask to book your listing if they are interested in what you can offer. The process is as follows:

1. The client makes a booking request

The client will decide on one of your packages, provide their location and the day they want the task to be completed, and then click "Contact Helper".

2. You will then be notified

A text message or a push notification via the mobile app or an email will all be sent to you.  To view the booking request, click the notification or go to the "Booking requests" page on Taskhelper.

Make sure the "Email," "SMS," and "Push" boxes are checked for "Task updates" in your notification settings, so you don't miss any alerts regarding booking requests.

3. Make sure you agree with the task's price and score before you respond.

To verify the task's scope, grasp any unique requirements, get clarifications, and agree on a price, use the "Comments" area of the assignment.

Once you and the client are both on the same page, submit a final offer so that you may be given the job.

Alternatively, you may utilize the "Comments" box to formally refuse if you are unable or unable to complete the task for whatever reason.

Tip: you should reply to a customer's request to book your listing within 24 hours, whether you make an offer or refuse. Your listing's rating is also influenced by how quickly you respond to these booking inquiries.

4. Complete the task

When the customer accepts your offer, the booking request converts into an assigned task, which you then must complete as per usual.
