After you post a task and have received offers, it is up to you to assign the person you see fit for the job.

We recommend you have a look at the price of each offer and any comments the person has left.

Make sure to find an answer to these questions:

• What does their bio say about them?
• Have they uploaded a portfolio of their previous work?
• Do they have any Badges on their profile (verified ID or Police check)?
• What is their completion rate?
• What are their star rating and reviews for their previous work?

We recommend you use our comment section where you can answer as well as ask any questions that a Helper may have for you. Make that all the details about the task have been clarified before proceeding with the assignment to avoid misunderstandings.
