Send them a private message to let them know that you'll be submitting a cancellation request if they don't respond to your messages or don't arrive to complete the task at the scheduled time.
Your money will instantly be refunded to your payment method if the cancellation is successful.
Please be aware that the payment return may not appear in your account for 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, the transaction processing time may vary.
