A poster is a person needing help to get a task or service done. The poster may post his task request on the platform and wait for one of the helpers to respond, or he may browse the Helper's profiles and attempt to book one directly.

Posting a task and requesting a booking is free. Please note that the task you post has to adhere to the Community standards.
