It's essential to understand how pricing and payments function in order to maintain a safe and profitable environment for all users of our platform.

No partial payments

Your task's budget, as well as any offers from Helpers, should cover all of the task's requirements. There are no further costs involved; if you accept an offer, that is the full price you are required to pay. Sales and commission-based tasks are among the types of tasks that are not allowed and will be moderated or withdrawn.

  • Example:  Offers that charge per hour of work. E.g. 30 per hour for 4 hours of cleaning. Offers of this kind do not adhere to our Community Standards.
  • Example: Posted tasks requesting registration for their site in exchange for cash. Posts of this kind do not adhere to our Community Standards.

Taskhelper Payment Account

Taskhelper does not accept cash payments. Money from a credit/debit or another payment method such as PayPal or Tikkie is deducted when an offer is accepted in order to pay for the task. Until the task is finished, they are safely stored in escrow in our Taskhelper Credit.

Except for tip fees, material expenses, and purchases made by the Helper on your behalf, all payments must happen through Taskhelper. Upon seeing the receipt, you may decide whether to directly compensate the Helper for these expenses.

Helpers ought to disclose all of their fees in the offer comment. Outside of the aforementioned situations, external payment negotiations are not encouraged.

When everything is done, the Helper will ask to have the payment released, and you'll be informed to do so. It's crucial to only release the payments once the task has been completed entirely since this will put our team in a better position to assist should there be any problems.

To provide a seamless transaction of funds to your Tasker, please ensure your credit or debit card details are valid and up to date in your Payment Settings.

Payments with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal or Tikkie

All transactions regarding tasks must happen via credit or debit Maestro/Mastercard/VISA cards or payment methods such as Paypal or Tikkie. Cash or cash equivalent payments are not permitted.
