We need your adherence to the following guidelines to foster a secure, respectful, and productive environment:

1. Tasks must be legal

All posted tasks must be legal to provide a safe and secure experience for all of our users. It's against the law to encourage, induce, or solicit illegal behaviour. Furthermore, Taskhelper does not accept scams and will delete them.

2. Prohibited items list

Tasks cannot contribute to the advancement of a crime, nor can they include weapons or relate to unlawful conduct. In addition, requests for drugs, including prescribed medications or accessory items for using drugs, are not permitted. These actions are not only potentially illegal but also go against our principles and values.

3. No escort or adult services

Taskhelper absolutely forbids posting tasks involving escorts and adult services. Obscene or sexually explicit tasks or comments fall under this category. Soliciting massage services also are not supported.

4. No cash-themed task

It is strictly forbidden to ask someone to withdraw cash, purchase gift cards or vouchers, purchase any kind of currency, including cryptocurrencies, send money via a direct bank transfer or PayPal, or engage in any other acts that are functionally equivalent to any of the aforementioned.

5. Clear Details, Deadline and Budget required

  • For helpers to determine whether they possess the required level of competence to undertake your task, be sure to be precise about the task's details, deadline, and budget.

    • Details: The task description must specify what must be done in great detail. Helpers will better grasp expectations if you provide as much information as possible.
    • Deadline: Can the Helper be flexible about the completion date, or does it have to happen on a certain day? Specify it in the work description if necessary.
    • Budget: It's important to determine a reasonable price for the time and effort necessary for the Helper to complete the task. Here on Taskhelper, we do not support unfair pricing for tasks; such will be subject to moderation.

6. Task-based posts

Taskhelper invites you to outsource all the odd and quirky tasks you might need to be completed at any given time. However, to preserve the platform's integrity, a few certain task types are not supported.

It is forbidden to perform tasks that have a deceptive element. This includes, but is not limited to, buying fake online reviews and followers and likes.

Academic endeavours and homework-based assignments are forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, finishing someone else's homework, test, or course. Additionally, it is not encouraged to offer academic support in the form of planning, organizing, referencing, or providing feedback on another person's academic work.

Without their knowledge or permission, tasks involving research or information collection about a person or company are not supported. Likewise, tasks related to debt collection are likewise not supported.

7. No advertising

We encourage businesses to use our platform to outsource tasks in order to develop their operation. However, Taskhelper is neither a business advertising platform nor a job board for posting job advertisements. Therefore, it is also prohibited to post employment requests on our platform.

8. No Tasks relating to alcohol

Taskhelper explicitly forbids tasks involving the supply or sale of alcoholic beverages. This includes trading or bartering, seeking or offering to sell, and providing goods for purchase.

Alcohol supply also involves disposal or delivery.
