Communication is key to having a great task experience. When Customers/Posters and Helpers communicate often and well, they’re on the same page and have aligned their expectations, so the task goes smoothly.

To help you communicate effectively, we’ve put together some tips.

Please review your notification settings before making any offers.

You wouldn't want to miss anything, would you? Verify that your notification settings are appropriate to ensure that you receive notifications regarding your upcoming task. You can receive alerts through email or push notifications directly to your smartphone.

Use the comment thread when making an offer.

Members can post comments on tasks that you post. Helpers are required to leave a comment when they make an offer for your task. Comments may also be used to provide clarification regarding a task before or after an offer.

Clarifying details in the comment section regarding the task and the Helper's offer will aid you later on in its completion.

Send a private message after you are assigned a task.

Sending your Helper a message as soon as you assign them is always a good idea. You can then start planning the task's logistics by agreeing on location, time and requirements. We also suggest staying on Taskhelper throughout your task as this will aid us if something goes wrong.

Leave a review once the task is completed.

We urge you to honestly evaluate your experience after the task is completed and payment is released. Reviews benefit the platform because it promotes transparency and foster user trust.
